It would appear John McCain may have known more about Palin than we could have thought. Brings new meaning the the phrase, "Tapped for the Vice Presidency." Answers all those pesky, "why did he pick her?" questions.
I doubt it is true, but it certainly makes for a compelling narrative given what we know about McCain.
